Sam...as we discussed, I am now your contact with Westgate Resorts, which is why your recent email has been forwarded to me. Please understand, I respect that you are upset and frustrated but I ask that you communicate in a professional, respectful manner. Your actions of sending threatening type emails and/or phone calls to our team members will NOT change the outcome. As I shared with you, I am more than happy to throughly research and review your concerns, to include the signed documents but I need a few days to evaluate and determine an outcome. I will be in contact with you either tomorrow or Monday with Westgate's final position.
